Interscholastic Sports & Intramural Forms:Your child will need to complete the following forms if they would like to try out or participate in interscholastic sports or intramurals.
+ Physical Form: This form is valid for one year and must be completed by a doctor.
+ Health History Form: This form is valid for only 45 days and must be filled out each time a student wishes to engage in interscholastic or intramural activities.
Intramural Schedule:
Fall Intramurals: October thru December
Winter Intramurals:January thru March- Indoor activities, basketball, & cheerleading
Spring Intramurals: To be announced
